To use Klender, you need to create an account. When creating an account, you provide your email address, first and last name, and can optionally add other calendar members.

Appointments, lists, todos, messages and contacts
In Klender, you can schedule appointments, create lists with to-dos or other lists and manage contacts. All this data is by default shared in the calendar where it is created.

If people from outside the calendar are added to an appointment or list, they can also view this appointment or list.

Appointments from other calendars
You can import or display appointments from other calendars in Klender. These appointments are shared in the calendar where they are imported. Klender does not use the data from these external calendars in any other way.

Importing contacts

6. What are cookies and how does Klender use them?
Cookies are small pieces of information that a server sends to an application or browser, intending for the application or browser to send the information back to the server during a subsequent visit. Klender cookies cannot damage your computer or the files stored on it.

Cookies used by Klender
Klender places technical cookies that are essential for providing the service. These cookies are necessary to remember that you are logged in and to keep track of your information during your session. This prevents the need to communicate with the server with every click, making Klender faster to use.

After logging out, these cookies are deleted. If you remain logged in, the information stays on your computer, phone, or tablet, ensuring that when you return, data doesn’t need to be reloaded from the server. This allows you to access your information more quickly during your next visit.

Klender does not use tracking cookies (cookies that track your past usage and link it to your activity on other apps and websites).

Third-Party Cookies
To collect anonymous statistics about the use of Klender, Klender uses Google Analytics. Google uses cookies for this purpose. However, we have not granted Google permission to use this data for its own purposes. Klender uses these statistics solely to improve the quality of the app.
